What a day!

After 2 years of meeting only virtually, the big day arrived! 17 franchisees and teachers from across the UK came together to learn, share and celebrate at the Drama Tots annual conference 2022!

My heart was full seeing the entire Drama Tots family all together again. A sea of blue t-shirts and loveliness!

A trip down memory lane

After catching up over coffee and pastries, the day began with a video review of the past 2 years. We recounted how our business had adapted throughout the pandemic to support families; we brought Drama Tots into thousands of homes across the world through the wonders of the internet. It was a testimonial to the absurd, emotional and hilarious journeys we found ourselves on.

Speakers: learning how to reach our goals

Throughout the day we were delighted to be joined by expert speakers.

Entrepreneur, Christina Taylor-Chisholm, is the franchisor of Popolo Ceramico and co-founder of the Inspirational Speaker Agency. She delivered an inspiring sales strategy talk, helping our franchisees to reach their business goals.

An expert early years panel joined us for a Q&A session to support us with our mission to give ALL children access to our music and drama program. We were able to gain insight into a variety of Early Years settings, enabling us to give more children access to Drama Tots and allow them to learn and flourish through drama, music and creative play.

We made a video together!

After lunch we had fun filming some of our original songs in front of the green screen. Our franchisees and teachers work independently in their local communities, so to be able to come together to sing and perform was very special.

Vision boards: goal setting

After filming we had a creative session of setting our short term and long term goals through the use of vision boards. A fun, creative and tangible way of setting some goals to aspire to in the coming weeks, months and years.

Celebrating our wins

Our final session of the day was to share and celebrate our successes.

We love to celebrate at Drama Tots! Our amazing franchisees work incredibly hard to provide outstanding classes for children and families in their communities and it is important to recognise their drive and dedication. Celebrating success allows us to focus on what has been achieved on a regular basis and it inspires and motivates others.
